Okay, I know this is supposed to be a book blog, but I have to talk about The Hunger Games!
I watched it last Saturday with my friends, and it was amazing, though unsatisfying in some minor parts. Jennifer Lawrence definitely makes a good Katniss, she's strong and all that, she even sorta matches the Katniss in my mind. As for Josh, he's a little too short for me and he just wears this mouth gaping expression for most of the movie. Liam, on the other hand, is good but barely has any scenes in the movie, and the dark brown hair looks odd on him. I love me blonde Liam. The other supporting actors and actresses are stellar, Rue and Haymitch are particularly memorable.
It's excellent for me with most of the plot sticking close to the book, though I still get a little angry with the changed arcs. Another complaint is that my friends who didn't read The Hunger Games, don't understand some parts such as the three finger salute, career tributes and the appearances of Capitol people. I just can't wait for the next installment with the flaws it now possess.
And ya know what, my blog nearly get deleted. I opened my blog site to sign in, but was informed that it was deleted. So I searched. So I ponder. After much deal of hassle and worry, I finally logged into my blog. Phew, that was a close call! I'm glad my blog wasn't deleted like some others blogs, but man am I pissed!

I was Tagged!
I was more curious than shocked when I knew I was tagged by the lovely Cayce at Fighting Dreamer. So enjoy this post!
THE RULES- You must post the rules.
- Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then create eleven new questions to ask the people you’ve tagged.
- Tag eleven people and link to them on your post.
- Let them know you’ve tagged them!
Cayce's Questions:
1. If you could go to one place (a real one) you've read about where would it be ?
America. I'm not living in the States, so my biggest dreams would be to visit US.
Okay, I swear this is a trick question. Suzanne Collins? Holly Black? Veronica Roth? Argh, my head just spins when I think of the plausible answers. Let save it for later.
3. How many books have you read last year?
Eh, roughly 30 books? I dunno, I lost track of the numbers...
4. If you could change the ending of any book, which book would it be and how?
Bleeding Violet by Dia Reeves(view my review here). I would make the ending clearer, and the guy less arrogant.
5. Ebook of dead tree?
EBook of dead trees? Am I supposed to read them?
6. What are you going to read next?
Emerald City by Alicia Leppert.
7. What's your most favorite place to read?
Anywhere! As I'd answer in my Feb 24 #FF post, I read everywhere, including in the bathroom!
8. Do you have a pet? What kind?
Nah. I had fishes and tortoises but they all died. Now I just have ants, spiders and lizards. Oh, and the cats next door.
9. What is your newest favorite song?
Now I'm loving Taylor Swift's Safe and Sound. I'm so excited for The Hunger Games movie!!
10. What is your favorite movie?
Favorites are hard to answer. Let me think... Everything Twilight and Dan Brown, perhaps?
11. Coffee or tea?
Coffee! Especially dark coffee with little sugar and no cream. I drink coffee when most of my friends don't.
End
Wow, that was one heck of eleven questions! Never ask me to choose my favorites again, it's killing me!
Now for my questions:
1. Favorite novel/series(Cayce made me choose, so now I'm making you choose too)?
2. First word that came into your mind when you see "shoes".(random, I know)
3. Something you were good at but nobody knows.
4. Guilty pleasure movie.
5. Bad boys or good boys?
6. Style of sitting when reading.
7. Favorite drama!
8. What was the most funniest stuff you'd ever seen/encountered?
9. Hand phone(iPhone, Blackberry etc.)? Fave apps if it's a smartphone.
10. Guiltiest thing you'd ever done.
11. Your family's comments at your obsession of books(you're a book blogger, right?).
There's my 11 questions. Now my tags:

Top Ten Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2012
Today is the last day of Top 10 2011, the last post(weep...) is the Top Ten Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2012. Enjoy!
My day 2 post: Top 10 Covers of 2011
My day 3 post: Top Ten Book Boyfriends of 2011
And in case you didn't know about the blog event, check out my post of Top 10.
INSURGENT
Author: Veronica Roth
Series: Divergent(#2)
Out: May 1st, 2012
I loved loved loved Divergent sand would like to know more about Tris and Four.<3 (my review of Divergent here)
LENOBIA'S VOW
Author: P.C Cast and Kristin Cast
Series: Novella(House of Night)
Out: January 31, 2012
However much I pissed by the new installment of House of Night series, novellas are a fresh little tale, unconfined and untainted by the rest of the full-fledged novels(read about my reason here).
These are the only two that have publication date, and they're part of a series. Normally I don't hunt for novels, especially series, because of the difficulty of finding the novel in local bookstore. So usually when I see a novel and the summary is interesting enough, I get it straight away, hence the short Top Ten list. Most of the time, when I'm in the bookstore, I just look for standalone novels, no matter if it is the latest publication or not. If you're reading this post, please give a few suggestions of the standalone books I should be waiting for next year. Thanks!
Enjoy!

Top Ten Book Boyfriends 2011
My day 2 post: Top 10 Covers of 2011
Book boyfriends! And if you'd read my reviews before, you'll know who I have the hots for. Okay, most of my boyfriends are from series that started before 2011, but the latest installments are published this year. So forgive me and let me be in boy haven for a while. Without further ado, let me present my bfs:
Book boyfriends! And if you'd read my reviews before, you'll know who I have the hots for. Okay, most of my boyfriends are from series that started before 2011, but the latest installments are published this year. So forgive me and let me be in boy haven for a while. Without further ado, let me present my bfs:
Jeremy King
Virtuosity by Jessica Martinez(my review here)
Cute and awfully talented, I would like the violinist to be the accompaniment to my piano.
Four
Divergent by Veronica Roth(my review here)
Strong, silent, humble, smart, kickass, brave, self-sacrificial, handsome. Do you need any more reasons?
Dimitri Belikov
The Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead(my review here)
Hot, kickass Guardian, sweet and intimidating, he's every Rose's dream guy.
Noah Shaw
The Unbecoming of Myra Dyer by Michelle Hodkin(my review here)
He may seem like the ultimate playboy, but deep inside he's sweet and caring. It doesn't hurt that he has healing powers(opps, unintentional spoiler!)
James Stark
Destined by P.C and Kristin Cast(my review here)
The devoted Guardian and Protector of Zoey Redbird, he is fast to act, kickass and not to mention hot. Perfect boyfriend.
Daniel
Passion by Lauren Kate(my review here)
A fallen angel that has been searching for you for eternity and eill do anything to get you back, this is a pretty boy with hopeless adoration for his girl.
Prince Maxmillian
The Pledge by Kimberly Derting(my review here)
Looks and noble blood aside, Max is even more swoon worthy as he is ready to turn his back on his family for the right cause and to protect his loved ones.
Ethan Wate
Beautiful Chaos by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl(my review here)
Smart, handsome and always trying to save the world even if it means sacrificing his own life, Ethan is one boyfriend you do not want to let go.
Adrian
The Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead(my review here)
Come on! He may be bad and drunk sometimes but in the end he's just like any other guy who cares for his loved ones. That, is a reason enough to put him on my list.
Patch
Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick(my review of Torment here)
So I'm gonna cheat here and put on a guy from a novel I haven't read. But he is the bad boy of the year, and I do not need to read the latest novel to fall for him all over again.
There's my list for book boyfriends 2011. What do you think?

READ(my review here)
Simply gorgeous. The model on the front is my imaginary Carmen, and the pink somehow translate into flowing music and emotional rides.
NOT READ
Ain't the cover beautiful. Serene and lyrical at the same time.
READ(my review here)
Strong and clean, having the important elements of Roth's debut on it.
READ(my review here)
Dark and moody, with some sense of despair and dread. You know I love it.
NOT READ
Grey is a neutral color, and the red on it offsets the dread perfectly. Somehow this works better than real life model.
READ(my review here)
I'd always loved House of Night covers. Plus, the hunk is hawt.
READ(my review here)
Gorgeous, dark and mysterious. As I'd said, my kind of cover.
NOT READ
The model is beautiful, and the caged bird is good symbolism. You know you love it too.
NOT READ
I have a rush to buy this book everytime I see it, but I'm broke. Dang the cover is gorg!
NOT READ
The cover gives off a sense of danger and urgency, though you'll never guess what the story is about. Still.
So, this is my Top 10 Cover of 2011. Please leave a comment and say what you'd thought of it. Happy reading!
